General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose  
These terms and conditions govern sales made on the website www.docteur-melaxin.fr, owned by SN-GLOBAL LLC.  
Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products  
The products offered are cosmetic treatments for external use.  
Photographs and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices  
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT).  
SN-GLOBAL LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Order  
The customer validates their order after accepting these Terms and Conditions.  
The order confirmation constitutes an electronic signature and proof of transaction.

5. Payment  
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.  
Accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal, and any other method offered on the website.

6. Delivery  
Orders are shipped to mainland France and countries within the European Union.  
Delivery times vary between 2 and 7 business days depending on the destination.  
SN-GLOBAL LLC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal  
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or incurring any penalty.  
The product must be returned unopened, in its original packaging.

8. Refunds  
Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.  

9. Personal Data  
The personal information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management. It is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Applicable Law  
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.  
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
